These are the obgations of taxi drivers in Greece

The cab driver has to carry the passenger’s lugages from the pavement and load it in the car and vice versa.

The taxi driver has no right to refuse a ride to a client. Also, in order to allow another person on board he must ask for the initial pasenger’s permission.

The passenger has the right to ask the taxi to wait for him for up to 15 minutes, or more (if there is a very good reason for it).

On passenger’s request, the driver is obligated to issue a receipt or invoice that will state the route taken and the client’s charge for it.
